1. What does this Privacy Policy govern

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information, including personal data within the meaning of applicable law (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information"), which VERBATORIA LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Verbatoria") may receive about you during your use of any websites, programs, products and/or Verbatoria services.

Please note that the use of any of the Sites and/or Services may be governed by additional terms that may make changes and/or additions to this Policy, and/or have special conditions regarding personal information posted in the relevant sections of the documents for such Sites /or Services.

2. Who processes the information

To ensure your use of the Sites and Services, your Personal Information is collected and used by the Verbatoria, including the limited liability Company "VERBATORIA", a legal entity established under the legislation of the Russian Federation and registered at the address: 143405, Russia, Krasnogorsk Yuzhny Blvd 6-298.

3. What Personal Information does the Verbatoria collect

The personal information collected during the operation of the Sites and/or the provision of Services, as well as during the use of Partner sites, programs, products or services, may vary depending on whether you use your account to access them or not. In cases where you log in to your account, the Personal Information collected about you during your use of the Sites and Services may be compared and linked to other Personal Information. Verbatoria does not verify the Personal Information provided by you, except in cases stipulated by the user agreement or the terms of use of individual Services, and cannot judge its reliability, as well as whether you have sufficient legal capacity to provide your Personal Information. Nevertheless, the Verbatoria assumes that you provide reliable and sufficient Personal Information, as well as update it in a timely manner.

Verbatoria may collect the following categories of Personal Information about you during your use of the Sites and Services:

(i) Personal Information provided by you during registration (account creation), such as your name, phone number, address and age;

(ii) electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser ID data, hardware and software information, wi-fi network data);

(iii) date and time of access to the Sites and/or Services;

Verbatoria does not collect data for the purpose of compiling a "portrait" of the user to the extent that this may significantly affect your rights and freedoms in accordance with applicable law.

4. How does the Verbatorium protect Your Personal Information

In most cases, Personal Information is processed automatically without access to it by any of the employees. If such access is needed, it can be provided only to those employees of the Verbarium who need it to perform their tasks. To protect and ensure the confidentiality of data, all employees must comply with internal rules and procedures regarding the processing of Personal Information. They must also follow all technical and organizational security measures in place to protect your Personal Information.

5. Who else has access to your Personal Information and to whom it can be transferred

7.1 Within the framework of the Verbarium

The Verbatoria may transfer your Personal Information to its employees (within the limits specified in section 4 of this Policy).

7.2 Outside the Laboratory

Such third parties may include:

(i) Partners, such as owners of websites and applications, advertising networks and other partners providing Verbatoria services related to the placement and display of advertising on websites, programs, products or services owned or controlled by such partners; companies providing transportation services (taxi);

(ii) advertisers or other Partners who display advertisements for you on the Sites and/or on the Services of the Verbatorium, as well as Partners such as information service providers or consultants;

(iii) persons providing information to identify security threats to the Sites and Services, users, the Verbarium and/or third parties, including when verifying your reliability when concluding contracts using the Sites and Services;

(iv) persons involved in organizing the acceptance of your payments and conducting payment transactions using Websites and Services (international payment systems, payment instrument providers, banks and other financial organizations, etc.).

The Verbatoria may also transfer Personal Information to third parties outside the Verbatoria:

(i) third parties to whom rights or obligations have been assigned under contracts related to the provision of Services to users, or who otherwise exercise control over persons providing Services as a result of their acquisition (through the acquisition of legal entities, intellectual property, property, property rights and otherwise);

6. Where your Personal Information is stored and processed

Your Personal Information will be stored in the Russian Federation.

7. How long do we store your Personal Information

The Verbatorium will store your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with the requirements of legislation and regulations.

Unless otherwise required by law or by agreement with you, emails and documents that you store in the systems of the Verbatorium as part of the Service will be stored as long as you have an account, but they can be deleted by you at any time.

If you want any of your Personal Information to be deleted from the Verbatorium databases, you can delete the necessary Personal Information yourself through the interface of the Sites and/or Services (where applicable).

8. Updating of this Policy

This Policy may be amended. The Verbatoria has the right to make changes at its discretion, including, but not limited to, in cases where the relevant changes are related to changes in applicable legislation, as well as when the relevant changes are related to changes in the operation of Sites and Services.

Verbatoria undertakes not to make significant changes, not to impose additional encumbrances or restrictions on your rights established by this Policy without your notice. You will be notified of such changes. Relevant notifications can be displayed on the Website or in the Services (for example, through a pop-up window or banner) before such changes take effect, or may be sent to you via other communication channels (for example, by e-mail if you have provided us with your contact details).
